Two things. We sell eight ready-made business applications — billing, jewellery, textile, agency, education, finance, hotel and construction management — and we build custom software, websites and mobile apps for businesses whose requirement does not fit a standard product.
Product licences are priced by module, users and locations. Custom projects are quoted after a scoping conversation, in writing, with milestone-linked payments. We do not charge per invoice or per transaction.
A single-location product setup usually goes live in two to three weeks. Multi-branch rollouts with data migration and customisation take four to eight weeks. Custom development depends on scope and is agreed before work starts.
Yes. Our office is in Tenkasi and we do on-site work across South India, but implementation, training and support all work remotely, and we have clients in other states.
You own your data completely, and we provide full database access and exports at any time. For custom development, source code ownership is set out in the contract before work begins.
A named support engineer, remote support during working hours, statutory and version updates, backup verification, preventive health checks and refresher training for new staff. Terms are written down, not implied.
Often, yes. We audit the existing code and database first and tell you honestly whether maintaining it or rebuilding it is the better use of your money.
Yes. We provide managed cloud hosting with automated backups and monitoring, or we can deploy on your own server or an existing cloud account you control.
Yes. GST invoicing, HSN-wise tax, e-invoice (IRN) and e-way bill generation are supported, along with the reports needed for GSTR filing. Statutory changes are pushed to AMC clients before deadlines.
You take your data. We provide a complete export in standard formats and, where applicable, the source code and documentation agreed in your contract. No exit fee and no hostage-taking.
