Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we provide this website, our software products and our services.
Last updated: 1 January 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Shreem Info website and set out the general basis on which we supply software and services. A signed proposal, quotation or contract for a specific engagement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.
2. Use of this website
You may browse, print and share the content of this site for your own business purposes. You may not republish it as your own, sell it, or use it in a way that misrepresents its source. We try to keep the content accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current at every moment.
3. Quotations and engagement
Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once the scope is agreed in writing and any advance stated in the quotation is received. Changes to an agreed scope are estimated and approved before they are carried out.
4. Payment
Payment terms are set out in the quotation and are usually milestone-based. Licence fees, annual maintenance charges and third-party costs such as hosting, SMS credits or payment-gateway fees are stated separately. Taxes apply as prescribed by law.
5. Delivery and acceptance
We deliver in stages and invite review at each stage. Where a delivery is not raised as deficient within the review period stated in the proposal, it is treated as accepted so the project can move on. Delays caused by pending client inputs or approvals shift the timeline accordingly.
6. Intellectual property
Our products remain the intellectual property of Shreem Info and are licensed, not sold. For bespoke development, ownership of the delivered custom code is as stated in your contract. Pre-existing components, frameworks and libraries remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Client data
Data you enter into software we supply or host belongs to you. We access it only to provide support or as instructed. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you or your users enter, including personal data of your own customers.
8. Support and maintenance
Support is provided under an annual maintenance contract that states response targets, inclusions and exclusions. Work outside that scope — new modules, hardware, third-party software or data recovery caused by client-side action — is quoted separately.
9. Warranties and limits
We warrant that our work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, and we fix defects reported during the warranty period stated in your contract at no charge. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
10. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's business information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as stated in the contract. On termination you pay for work completed to that point, and we hand over your data and any deliverables already paid for.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
